Cute design, but the tree doesn't really fit in with the way the cat is, if that makes any sense, and the clouds are white blurs that are outlined. and LEFT outlined. Don't mean to be rude, just saying what i see, but the tail is much too short, and some of the shading is more dark green than shadowy. Again, no offense intended, just telling you what i see to help you improve your art to the best it can be. Also, you forgot to color in the mouth, and the lack of nose is irritating, but that may just be me, some people think it's cute that way, it also is cute, when done properly, with a nose but no mouth.
